Delivery conditions

Our delivery partners are GLS, Foxpost, or DPD courier services.

In Hungary, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

GLS: After placing your order, we pack the item and schedule a courier pickup based on the package dimensions. The courier sometimes picks up the package the same day, and sometimes on the next working day — this depends on the courier's daily schedule. For GLS shipments within Hungary, delivery is expected on the working day following pickup. Delays of one day occur occasionally. This is the fastest option and cash-on-delivery is also available. It has happened on multiple occasions that less than 24 hours passed between placing the order and receiving the package.

Foxpost parcel locker: We pack the package and drop it off at a Foxpost locker every afternoon. Lockers are typically emptied early in the morning, and the package can be collected from your chosen locker on the day after emptying. It is a fast and convenient solution, and also more affordable. Cash-on-delivery is available with Foxpost as well. Under optimal conditions, the delivery time from order to collection is 48 hours — though this may be longer if a weekend or public holiday falls in between. DPD: After placing your order, we prepare the package and request a pickup from DPD. If the pickup request is made before 3:00 PM on a working day, the courier will collect the package on the following working day, and delivery within Hungary is expected on the working day after that. (Note: DPD delivery within Hungary is typically one working day slower than GLS.) Cash-on-delivery is available within Hungary. For neighbouring EU countries, the expected delivery time is 2–5 working days from pickup. For non-adjacent but nearby countries, it is 4–5 working days. For Scandinavian and Mediterranean European countries, 6–12 working days.

International Shipping

Both GLS and DPD are available for international deliveries to any EU member state served by either carrier. Delivery times and costs vary significantly depending on the destination country — pricing is tiered by carrier and proportional to weight, but the expected shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout when selecting your shipping method.

For neighbouring EU countries, delivery takes 2–5 working days from pickup. For Scandinavian and Mediterranean European countries, 6–12 working days.

The delivery timeframes stated above are based on actual experience to date. Cash-on-delivery is not available for shipments outside Hungary.

Stock & Order Availability

The stock status of every product is shown on its individual product page. If an item is in stock, you may place an order up to the available quantity, and we can dispatch it immediately. If no stock is available, the label "Out of stock" will be displayed and the item cannot be ordered.

If an item is in stock when you order, we reserve it for you and dispatch it with the next available shipment after packing. The courier collects packages that were scheduled the previous day, so only those packages are included in a given day's pickup. Orders placed in the morning may at best be collected by GLS on the same day, but this is not guaranteed. The package typically arrives one or two days after pickup — this is an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed.

The applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout on the order summary page, next to the total amount, corresponding to your chosen shipping method. The shipping fee always includes the cost of packaging materials and labour.

Packaging is always multi-layered to prevent damage during transit. Every product receives individually sized packaging, which makes the process time-consuming — please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Out-of-Stock Items & Special Lead Times

If a product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered. For enquiries regarding expected availability, please contact us using the details provided in the footer.

In cases where a product page states a lead time of 4–6 weeks, this refers primarily to the expected arrival of the stock to us and is provided for informational purposes only — indicating that the item will be available in the near future. It is worth enquiring about the exact timeline, as in most cases these products are already on their way to us and may arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please always ask about the lead time for such products.

International Shipments

We ship exclusively to EU countries. Packages are delivered by GLS or DPD — you can select your preferred carrier at checkout. All shipments include parcel tracking, so you can follow your package's journey from dispatch to delivery.
