MitaPoint Carbon Fibre Bipod – Light, Stable, Versatile

The MitaPoint bipod is designed for shooters who refuse to compromise between stability and portability. The combination of carbon fibre legs and an aluminium-steel head delivers an exceptionally light yet rigid and durable rifle rest that performs equally well on the range and in the field.

Carbon Fibre Legs – Strength and Low Weight Combined

The legs are made of genuine carbon fibre, which offers higher tensile strength than steel at a fraction of the weight of aluminium. Carbon fibre is also highly resistant to corrosion and temperature extremes, so the bipod performs reliably in cold, heat, dry conditions, and wet environments alike. Net weight is just 300 g.

Height Adjustment and Swivel Function

Leg height is adjustable in 5 positions between 23 cm and 33 cm. Press-button releases on each leg make the adjustment quick and operable with one hand. The built-in swivel mechanism allows tilt compensation of up to ±20 degrees, so the rifle can be kept perfectly level even on sloped or uneven terrain.

Pod Lock Lever

Instead of a traditional thumbnut, the head features a Pod Lock lever for faster and more positive locking. The set lateral tilt can be fixed with a single motion – particularly useful when a shooting position needs to be stabilised quickly.

Mounting Options

The bipod attaches primarily to a sling swivel stud, which is found on the majority of sporting and hunting rifles. With the included Picatinny adapter it can also be mounted on a Picatinny or Weaver rail fitted to a forend – no additional purchase required. Attachment and removal are fast and tool-free.

Rubber Feet

The profiled rubber feet at the base of each leg grip securely on hard surfaces including asphalt, concrete, and wood. They absorb recoil impulse and prevent the bipod from shifting during the shot.
